PALATKA, Fla., Nov. 24, 2003 — The St. Johns River Water ManagementDistrict has canceled the Dec. 8, 2003, public meeting on proposed minimumflows for Blue Spring in Volusia County. The meeting will be rescheduledin 2004. A new date will be announced as soon as the meeting is rescheduled.
